UBI Local Bank Officer Recruitment 2025-26

Eligible applicants must register and apply online at  www.unionbankofindia.co.in,  Select the ‘APPLY ONLINE’ option under the ‘RECRUITMENTS’ section and provide the required information to complete the application.

Required Documents for Registration:

 SCAN DOCUMENTS:

 * Scan resolution: minimum 200 dpi and set colour to True colour.

1)   Scan copy of the Photograph :

      Size: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm

      File Size:  20 kb – 50 kb

      Dimensions: 200 x 230 pixels

      File format: JPG/ JPEG.

     *Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable.

     *Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.

2)   Scan copy of Applicant’s Signature 

       Size: 10 KB – 20 KB of 200 DPI

      Dimensions: 140 x 60 pixels

       File format: JPG/JPEG 

      *Signature in black ink on white paper.

      *CAPITAL LETTER signatures are not accepted.

3)   Scan copy of Applicant’s  Left Thumb Impression

        File Type: JPG/JPEG

       File Size: 20 kb – 50 kb

       Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (3 cm x 3cm)

       *Left Thumb Impression on white paper with black or blue ink.

4)   Scan copy of  Hand Written Declaration

        File Type: JPG/JPEG

       File Size: 50 kb – 100 kb

       Dimensions:  800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI  (10 cm * 5 cm)

        * Hand Written Declaration on white paper with black ink.

      * Hand written declaration should not be written in CAPITAL LETTERS.

The text for the hand-written declaration is as follows:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by  me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting  documents as and when required.”

*Have a valid personal email ID and mobile number , which must remain active until the completion of the recruitment process.

How to apply Online Application:

• Go to the Bank’s website and click on the “Recruitments” page to open the Career Overview Page.
• Click on “Recruitment of Local Bank Officer (2025-26)” and choose “Click Here for Apply.”
• Select “Click here for New Registration” and enter your Name, Contact, and Email for a Registration Number and Password. 
• Save your work with “SAVE AND NEXT” if you need to return later.
• Double-check all details before clicking “COMPLETE REGISTRATION.”
• Ensure names are spelled exactly as in your official documents.
• Validate, save, and upload your photo and signature as per guidelines.
• Fill in the remaining application details and preview to verify.
• If everything looks correct, click on “COMPLETE REGISTRATION.”
• Click on “Payment” and Proceed to make the payment.
• Click on ‘Submit‘ button.
