CBSE Date Sheet 2027: Class 10 & 12 Schedule (Not Released Yet)

CBSE Date Sheet 2027 Latest Update

CBSE's official LOC circular dated 17 September 2026 confirms that the candidate-list process is for the 2027 Class 10 and Class 12 main examinations. It also states that the mandatory first Class 10 board examination will be conducted during February-March 2027. However, the circular does not provide subject-wise dates, paper timings or a date-sheet PDF.

Important: A registration or LOC circular is not the date sheet. Students should wait for the timetable published in the CBSE Examination Circulars section.

When Will CBSE Release the 2027 Date Sheet?

CBSE has not announced an official 2027 date-sheet release date. For the 2026 examinations, CBSE published a tentative schedule on 24 September 2025 and a final schedule on 30 October 2025. That earlier timeline is useful context only; it is not a confirmed release calendar for 2027.

Students should avoid treating predicted dates, coaching-centre calendars or social-media graphics as official. The date sheet becomes official only when CBSE publishes the PDF on cbse.gov.in.

CBSE Class 10 Date Sheet 2027

The official LOC circular confirms that the mandatory first Class 10 board examination will take place during February-March 2027. The subject order and exact dates have not yet been released.

Under the two-board policy, appearing in the first examination is mandatory. Eligible students may use the second examination for improvement in up to three main subjects or for permitted compartment categories, subject to CBSE rules. Students who miss three or more subjects in the first examination are not eligible to use the second examination as a replacement for the first.

CBSE Class 12 Date Sheet 2027

CBSE has opened the 2026-27 LOC process for Class 12 candidates, confirming that preparations for the 2027 main examination are underway. As of 27 September 2026, CBSE has not announced the Class 12 subject-wise timetable, examination window or final PDF.

Class 12 students should use the official 2026-27 curriculum and sample papers for preparation, while keeping their school-record details and selected subjects verified. The final date sheet should be checked against the subject code printed on the admit card.

What to Check When the Official PDF Is Released

• Your class: Class 10 or Class 12.
• Subject name and subject code, not only the commonly used subject name.
• Exam date, day, start time, duration and any subject-specific instructions.
• Whether the PDF is marked tentative, final or revised.
• The circular date and file name on the official CBSE domain.
• Any later corrigendum, rescheduling notice or region-specific instruction.

Official Study Resources for the 2026-27 Session

CBSE has already published the 2026-27 curriculum, along with official Class 10 sample papers and marking schemes and Class 12 sample papers and marking schemes. Students can begin subject-wise revision now instead of waiting for the date sheet.

• List every registered subject and match it with the current syllabus.
• Use the official sample paper to practise the latest question format.
• Create a rolling revision plan that can be adjusted after the timetable is released.
• Keep practical files, projects and internal assessments up to date through your school.

How to Avoid Fake CBSE Date Sheets

• Check that the PDF URL begins with https://www.cbse.gov.in/.
• Verify that the same circular appears on CBSE's official Examination Circulars page.
• Do not rely on a cropped image without a circular number, date or official URL.
• Do not reuse the 2026 PDF for 2027; the subject order and dates can change.
• If CBSE issues a revised schedule, follow the newest dated official circular.
