The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the CUET-UG 2026 across various centers in India and abroad from 11 May to 31 May 2026. While 96.6% of the 15,68,866 registered candidates successfully received one of their preferred cities, capacity constraints in high-demand states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Delhi meant some students were placed outside their preferences.

For the remaining 3.4% of candidates who were allotted a centre outside their selected preferences, the NTA has activated an official re-allocation window. Candidates can log into the official portal at https://cuet.nta.nic.in to select available vacant slots in alternate cities.

Because CBT infrastructure is finite, available slots are allocated dynamically. Candidates who successfully avail of this facility will be issued a Revised Admit Card in due course. If you do not exercise this option by the May 7 deadline, you must appear for the exam at your originally allotted State, City, Date, and Shift.
