| Dialysis Technician | B.Sc plus a Diploma in Haemodialysis, or two years of satisfactory in-house training/experience in haemodialysis work at a reputed institution. Specified B.Sc degrees in Dialysis Techniques, Dialysis Technology or Renal Dialysis Technology are also accepted. |
| Health & Malaria Inspector Gr II | B.Sc with Chemistry as a main or optional subject in any branch of Chemistry, plus either a one-year Diploma of Health/Sanitary Inspector or a one-year National Trade Certificate in Health Sanitary Inspector awarded by NCVT. |

The CBT has 100 objective questions for 100 marks in 90 minutes: 70 Professional Ability, 10 General Awareness, 10 General Arithmetic/Intelligence/Reasoning and 10 General Science questions. One-third mark is deducted for each wrong answer.
The fee is ₹500 for all candidates, with ₹400 refunded after appearing in CBT less bank charges. SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Female, Transgender, Minority and EBC candidates pay ₹250, refundable after appearing in CBT less bank charges.
Post-wise age limits range from 18–33 years to 20–40 years, calculated as on 1 January 2027. Category relaxations apply as specified in the notification.
