Detailed Guidelines: 1. Application registration 2. Payment of Fees 3. Scan and Upload the Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression and a Hand Written Declaration.
Required Documents for Registration:
SCAN DOCUMENTS: * Scan resolution: minimum 200 dpi and set colour to True colour.
1) Scan copy of the Photograph : Size: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm File Size: 20 kb – 50 kb Dimensions: 200 x 230 pixels File format: JPG/ JPEG. *Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. *Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
2) Scan copy of Applicant’s Signature Size: 10 KB – 20 KB of 200 DPI ) saved as File format: JPG/JPEG *Signature in black ink on white paper. *CAPITAL LETTER signatures are not accepted.
3) Scan copy of Applicant’s Left Thumb Impression File Type: JPG/JPEG File Size: 20 kb – 50 kb Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (3 cm x 3cm) *Left Thumb Impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
4) Scan copy of Hand Written Declaration File Type: JPG/JPEG File Size: 50 kb – 100 kb Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (10 cm * 5 cm) * Hand Written Declaration on white paper with black ink. * Hand written declaration should not be written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
The text for the hand written declaration is as follows: –
“I, ___________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
