All qualified candidates are required to fill up the Detailed Application Form (DAF) which will be available on the Commission’s Website https://upsconline.nic.in and submit the same ONLINE along with the scanned copies of certificates.

Provisional Candidature Note :

The candidature of these candidates is PROVISIONAL subject to their being found eligible in all respects. The candidates would be required to produce the original certificates in support of their claim relating to age, educational qualifications, community, physical disability, EWS etc. at the time of the Personality Test. They are, therefore, advised to keep the said certificates ready.

  • The schedule for the Interview/Personality Test will be published on the UPSC website. Candidates will also receive notifications via email. It is advised to check both regularly.

6. Can I request a change in the interview date?

  • No requests for changes in the date or time of the Personality Test will be entertained.

7. When will the marksheets be available?

  • Marksheets will be available on the UPSC website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result. They will be accessible for 30 days. Printed/hard copies can be requested within thirty days of marks display.

8. How can I get a printed copy of my marksheet?

  • Candidates can request printed copies of their marksheets by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to UPSC. Requests must be made within thirty days of the marks being displayed on the website.

9. What should I do if my address changes?

  • Candidates should promptly notify any address changes to UPSC via letters or emails.
