UPSC Official Photo Guidelines
The OTR (One Time Registration) and specific UPSC applications have very strict photo rules:
- Dimensions: Minimum 350x350 pixels, Maximum 1000x1000 pixels (Must be Square).
- File Size: Between 20 KB and 300 KB.
- Freshness: The photograph must not be older than 10 days from the start of the online application process.
- Name & Date: The name of the candidate and the date the photograph was taken must be clearly printed on the photograph.
- Face Coverage: Your face should occupy 3/4th (75%) of the space in the photograph.
