Selection Process
Single-Stage hybrid written examination followed by digital onscreen certificate vetting and counseling selection
The selection will be based on a single-stage Written Examination. Candidates will be ranked based on the total marks obtained in Part B and Part C of Paper I, and Paper II. Successful candidates will undergo Onscreen Certificate Verification followed by Physical Certificate Verification and Counselling (wherever applicable).
Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The Written Exam comprises two papers:
- Paper-I (Objective Type - OMR / CBT):
- Part A: Tamil Eligibility Test (SSLC Standard) – 100 Questions / 150 Marks / Minimum qualifying 60 marks. (Exemptions apply for PwBD candidates ).
- Part B: General Studies (Degree Standard) – 75 Questions / 150 Marks.
- Part C: Aptitude and Mental Ability (SSLC Standard) – 25 Questions / 50 Marks.
- Duration for Paper-I: 3 Hours.
- Paper-II (Subject Paper - CBT):
- Degree / PG Degree Standard subject corresponding to the post applied for. 200 Questions / 300 Marks.
