State-wise Merit List
Canara Bank prepares the state-wise merit list in descending order using 12th Standard (HSC/10+2) or Diploma percentage. For equal percentages, the older candidate is ranked higher. The minimum qualifying percentage is 60% for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Document Verification and Local Language
The Bank verifies eligibility documents. A candidate who submits a 10th or 12th certificate or marksheet showing the prescribed local language of the selected State is exempt from the local-language test.
