The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially activated the portal for downloading the E-Call Letter (Admit Card) for the Computer Based Test (CBT-1) of the Non-Technical Popular Categories (Under Graduate) under CEN No. 07/2025.

Candidates appearing for Phase 1 (starting May 7, 2026) and Phase 2 (starting June 13, 2026) can now log in to the official Digialm portal using their Registration Number and Date of Birth to secure their hall tickets.

Crucial Rule: The "4-Day" Download Window Please note that RRB strictly releases the actual admit card exactly 4 days prior to your specific exam date.

  • If your exam is on May 7, your admit card is available from May 3.
  • If your exam is on May 8, your admit card is available from May 4, and so on.
  • Not sure about your exact exam date yet? Check our detailed guide on the RRB NTPC UG City Intimation Slip first.

⚠️ Mandatory Exam Day Instructions (Aadhaar Biometrics)

Do not just print your admit card and leave. The RRB has issued strict warnings regarding center entry:

  1. Original Aadhaar is Mandatory: You must bring your physical, original Aadhaar Card (or an e-verified printout) alongside your printed E-Call Letter.
  2. Unlock Your Biometrics: Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication will happen at the gate. You must unlock your Aadhaar biometrics in the UIDAI system before arriving at the center. Locked biometrics will result in authentication failure and you will be denied entry.
  3. Valid Photo ID: If your Aadhaar photograph is heavily outdated (e.g., childhood photo), carry an additional valid photo ID (Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License).
